How information is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, review orders, confirm shipping and provide requested follow-up.
Local storage
Cart contents and cookie preference are stored in your browser. Address and sensitive form information are not stored in Local Storage.
Order services and third parties
Order data is sent through the website to the storage and synchronization services required for processing. Checkout does not redirect to an external messaging app.
Security and retention
Checkout does not request bank-card details. Administrative data is protected with limited access and row-level policies, with defined retention and deletion procedures.
Your rights
You may request correction or deletion of information or opt out of marketing by contacting customer care, subject to applicable law.
Optional measurement
When you consent and the service is configured, Google Analytics and Meta receive product, cart and purchase events, product identifiers, order value and order number. We do not send your name or address to measurement tools. Server-side Meta measurement may send a one-way hash of your phone number with IP address and browser information to match a purchase event. Pending purchase events may remain in browser storage for up to 24 hours for retries; duplicate-prevention markers remain until site storage is cleared. You can decline or withdraw consent through Cookie preferences in the footer without affecting checkout.
